Art Fund Pavilion/Architecture Competition

A proposal for the Art Fund Pavilion architecture competition to design a semi-permanent summer pavilion. Sitting alongside the RIBA award winning building by Marks Barfield Architects, our proposed beechwood and fabric pavilion has a footprint of 35 square metres and is 4 metres high.

Brief:
The pavilion must function as an exhibition space.
The pavilion must function as a formal presentation space for up to 30 seated persons.
The pavilion must function as an informal gathering or party space.
The design must be able to be assembled in 72 hours and disassembled in 24 hours.
